Beardsley Architects + Engineers architects Scott Hackett and Steve Moolin recently presented a seminar on the Life Safety Code for approximately 30 staff of the Licensing and Certification division of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). The seminar was part of a two-day annual conference for OMH staff from offices statewide from Manhattan to Buffalo.
