Seth A. Livermore, P.E. has been promoted to Civil Discipline Head. In addition to Discipline Head duties, Seth will continue to serve as Civil Engineer. He joined BDA in 2005 as a Civil Engineer and earned his Professional Engineering license in 2009. As Discipline Head, Seth will keep BDA’s civil discipline ahead of the leading edge of new technology, trends, and developments.
