Carmen Lapine, P.E., has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Carmen utilizes his knowledge and strong leadership skills to advance Beardsley and their clients. As a Principal and Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in design and construction, Carmen leads by example working together with Beardsley’s quality staff to help build strong client relationships.
